EFF leader, Julius Malema says blame cannot be placed on Hamas for the deadly attack it launched on Israel earlier this month. Malema says Hamas' defence of the Palestinian people and the fight for freedom is the only option in light of Israel's continued occupation Palestine. The EFF leader addressed supporters outside the Israeli Embassy in Pretoria calling for its closure and for the expulsion of the Israeli Ambassador to South Africa, Eli Belotserkovsky. Pickets against Israel have been intensifying around the world after it called for the evacuation of civilians from northern Gaza to the south.
