EFF leader Julius Malema has addressed supporters after the East London Regional Court dismissed the discharge application filed by him and his bodyguard Adriaan Snyman to have charges against them dropped. Handing down the judgment, Magistrate Twanette Olivier said the fact that there were no eyewitnesses who came forward to report the alleged incident does not take away the seriousness of the offence.
