Justice delayed is justice denied. This was Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema’s response to magistrate Twanet Olivier arriving an hour late for his trial at East London Magistrate’s Court. Malema and co-accused Adriaan Snyman are charged with being in unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition and firing live rounds in front of a packed crowd.
